sometimes life get in the way and time flies then you realize, hey, I miss checking out the amazing art from this site.  Now I feel a little guilty and need to set priorities.  Art is soooo important in my life and I would be lost without a creative output.... as I'm sure you all would.  I am lucky to have a job where I work with artists, we draw and cartoon on cakes and you can imagine some of the ideas our customer come up with!! Every day we shake our heads at some weird idea we have to draw, but it keeps us laughing.  I have an amazing daughter(Windflite on DA) who has inherited my love of art and we enjoy watching anime and other cartoon

Love to look at what cake artists create!! I am busy multitasking - been asked to create art work for a Facebook app .  very excited about that, am also working on a new webcomic and uploading images of cakes I have done.  Gotta love art  in all its forms - promise to get on da more often and watch more people^^

If you are a fellow cake decorator I'm sorry to say the recession has taken my career from me so I have no new cakes to submit:(    I do love to draw and have recently met up with a guy who wants to produce a fantasy game and needed someone to draw his characters.  This is all too new for me but it is a great excuse to draw and teach myself to colour using corral draw elements.  I don't know if I'm good enough but I am enjoying the experience and growth.  I hope, one day, to decorate more cakes, we'll see, but I am happily enjoying my freedom to draw and create whatever I like.
